These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the INCET 2027 conference website and your participation in the CoA 4th International Conference on Architecture, Sustainability, Culture, Heritage and Tourism. By accessing this website, registering for the conference, submitting an abstract or paper, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Organizers and scope
INCET 2027 is jointly organized and hosted by BMS College of Architecture, Design and Planning (BMSCA D&P), Bengaluru, in association with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India.
These terms apply to all visitors to this website, registered delegates, authors, co-authors, poster presenters, attendees, and anyone who submits content or makes a payment through the conference platform.
2. Eligibility and registration
Registration is open to researchers, professionals, students, and other participants subject to category eligibility and fee schedules published on the registration page.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or submitting materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your registration.
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment where applicable, subject to the published fee tiers and deadlines.
Participation categories, fee amounts, and deadlines may be updated by the organizers. Material changes will be reflected on this website.
The organizers may refuse or cancel a registration if information provided is false, incomplete, or violates conference policies.
3. Fees, payments, and refunds
Conference fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or United States Dollars (USD) depending on your registration details and the applicable fee schedule at the time of payment.
All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. By completing a transaction, you also agree to the payment provider’s applicable terms.
Fees are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a written communication from the organizers.
Refund or cancellation requests, if considered, must be submitted in writing to the conference contact email and are subject to organizer discretion and banking or payment-provider rules.
The organizers are not responsible for charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, or payment intermediary.
4. Abstracts, papers, and intellectual property
By submitting an abstract, extended abstract, full paper, poster, or related material, you represent that you have the right to submit the work and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Accepted and registered papers may be published in official conference proceedings with a registered ISBN, and selected works may be considered for further publication as announced on the Call for Papers page, subject to publisher policies.
You grant the organizers a non-exclusive license to use submitted materials for review, publication, conference presentation, archival, and promotional purposes related to INCET 2027.
You retain ownership of your intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing with the organizers or a publisher.
The organizers may reject, withdraw, or remove submissions that are plagiarized, incomplete, outside scope, or otherwise unsuitable.
5. Code of conduct
All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during in-person and online conference activities.
Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or misuse of conference facilities or digital platforms is prohibited.
The organizers may remove any participant from sessions or revoke registration without refund for conduct that violates these expectations or applicable law.
6. Website use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes connected with the conference. You must not attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the site or its systems.
Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to the organizers and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Conference schedules, speakers, sessions, and program details are subject to change without notice. The organizers will use reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
Participation in the conference, optional excursions, and related travel is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or attendance at the event.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes and governing law
The organizers may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the website or participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to INCET 2027 and this website, subject to applicable law.
